A reminder to please adhere to the parent conduct rules. You are NOT to approach coaches until 24 hours after a game win or lose which includes comments from the stands directed at the coach during the game. This time during and after a game is for the coaches and players to communicate with each other and your concerns or issues need to wait until after this time period. This is your obligation to the team.

We use the BHS school policy with regard to student privacy.

We currently are in need of a parent to take over the filming of games. Until then the below is suspended.

DVDs are available for both Varsity and Junior Varisty games to players families and coaches. We try to do a couple of the Sophomore and Freshman games during the year as well.

Copies are available at $1.00 per copy (1 DVD per game).

Payment:

1) Prepayment strongly encouraged (most have done so in the past) - if you want copies of all games the guidelines is $30.00. If you only want some copies prepay $10.00. I keep track of copies vs payments. Excess payment is refunded at the end of the season. Do not pay the coaches, my wife, or my daughter.

2) If you cannot afford this but want the dvd's I can provide at my cost - I'd rather you get the discs than not due to finances.

3) If only getting some games then try to let me know prior to the end of game day if you want a copy - it saves me time to do them all together.

4) Child did not play - I generally do not make a dvd for games your child does not participate in (injury, illness, etc) so please let me know if you want the game they missed. I keep track of what games you actually received and deduct for those not distributed.

5) Child plays on both JV and Varsity - let me know which you prefer or if you want both games.

Distribution:

1) Generally I can have copies available by the next practice. I distribute them after practice.
2) Let me know if you want a copy of a particular game - I need this information - what game (who we played or the date or both), which team (varsity/JV or both), and which player (so I know who to give them to). Do NOT ask coaches about dvd's, my wife, or my daughter.

More Info:
1) Contact me via email is the best way - I always get swamped with requests at games and then I can't recall who asked for what - please email requests.
2) Extra copies - from time to time I get requests for extra copies - same cost per dvd - not a big deal - just let me know (ie xmas present for grandma)
3) Bad copy of dvd - this happens rarely but it does happen - just let me know - I will replace it no charge.
4) Where does the money go? I do this at my cost - I have separate supplies purchased by the booster club for the coaches copies and those they give away - I have my own supply for my other kids teams and for purchases by those getting this email.

Our photos are kept on a separate photo sharing site.

We use Shutterfly.com, you will need to be a member (free) of shutterfly to see the photos.

Steps:

1) Contact Mike S at this website via email, or in person at a booster club meeting to get his email address (can get that from club president as well).

2) Email mike with the email address you want to use to access the site, please include your name and player's name if not obvious from the email address.

3) Mike will add you to the members for our photo site and then you will be sent an email inviting you to the site.

4) You can either use your current shutterfly membership information or if you are new to the site it will ask you to pick a password.

5) Any issues contact Mike.
