The Blaine Girl's Basketball Booster Club is a parent run organization to support the Blaine High School Girl's Basketball program. Interested parents are welcome to attend and participate in activities designed to support the program. The group meets regularly at the High School to discuss past and future events. Your input is encouraged. This website is a contact point for information about upcoming events for both the club and the Girls Basketball teams.

These times will change when there are conflicts during the season. Post Game Parties
Throughout the season parents host post game parties on select nights. We also invite the boys basketball players to these events. Parents are welcome as well. Varsity and JV players welcome.

Carbo Loads
Late in the season we have select nights with carbo load events for Varsity and JV players (no parents). Generally this is done during Sectional playoff dates.

Season Kickoff Banquet
Nov ? - All players from Fresham through Varsity teams and their parents are required to attend the kickoff banquet. A meal is provided and the staff is introduced and the head coach will cover information about the season and expectations. The booster club will be on hand to explain their role in supporting the team. Dress is informal.
Season Kickoff Game
All players from Fresham through Varsity teams are introduced at the start of the first home game of the season.
Youth Night
We invite the youth traveling teams and in-house teams to the "Youth Nite" game with no charge for the players for admission. During halftime we present prizes based on a raffle entry (one entry per player). The prizes are aquired by donations from sponsors. One of the prizes is an autographed basketball from the varsity/JV team. Following the game the players (varsity/jv) autograph the team poster for the girls (the younger girls go from player to player on the gym floor.
Alumni Game
Former players are invited back during the Christmas break to play against the current varsity/jv team. The Sophomore and Freshman teams are encouraged to attend to support the players. There is a light meal provided after the game and treats from the varsity/jv families.
Parent Night
We honor the freshman, sophomore, & varsity/jv team parents at the start of this game.
Senior Night
We honor the senior players at the start of this game.
Staff Appreciation Night
We honor the school staff at this game. If possible we have a half-time game of staff vs staff.
End of Season Banquet
Freshman thru varsity players, parents, coaches, and some school representatives celebrate the past season at this event. A meal is provided for a fee. Players meals are not covered - families pay for players, parents and guests.
